News Update: Quackers will be moving!
No not his website, quackers himself!!
He is shortly to undergo miraculous surgery to help him move his head and neck better. Please visit us again soon for an uipdate on his recovery.
Quackers loves to be out and about instead of being stuck indoors, after all he is a duck! He has been lucky enough to go on some great holidays too.
His trip to the seaside for the weekend was great fun as he got to go round Scarborough Castle and even had a piece of chocolate cake from the tea shop. Later he went to Staithes and popped into the Crab and Lobster for a quick pint before a waddle down the pier on Saltburn seafront.
Quackers has also been abroad to warmer climates. Of course, he would normally migrate to somewhere warmer for the winter if he was a wild duck but he finds it easier and much quicker to fly on an aeroplane.
Earlier in the year he went to Malta and stayed at the Panorama Hotel in Il Mellieha. It was a his first holiday abroad and he had a great time. He had a fantastic view from the balcony and could see for miles. The room maid even made a special little bed for him and put him to bed when we were out.
His next holiday destination was the Hotel Letsos in Alykanas on the island of Zakynthos (or Zante as some people call it).
He has a lovely view from the room balcony there too and would watch the local men put out their horses to graze on an evening.
He went riding off into the island on the front of a quad bike and even had a crash helmet made specialy for him so he was safe.
The local people on the island were very nice and often gave him a stroke.
